Nice experience. Eddie Stock Sales Agent is great, does a nice job of explaining the working parts of the car. Shop Manager and assistant do a good job of explaining repairs. Finance Manager, Jay Gomel takes a lot of time explaining the extended warranties. The overall experience is great.

Had issue with my 2020 Acadia, Tech James Cochran properly diagnosed the problem and made repair in timely fashion. Ryan McGuinness and Andrew Jesserer in the service department were very professional and helpful.

It was a process that took most of the day. They were determined to do the best to accommodate my needs to get me the best deal that I wanted.

Everyone was so kind, and made sure my needs were met. Although it did take a little longer to get my vehicle from the factory the dealership kept me very well informed.

I called on Friday on told the service agent that the car was being towed there with a bad water pump and I also told him that I had the extended warranty that I purchased from them. Speaking to him on Monday after they looked at the car he gave me a run down of the problem and what the total of what it was going to cost. AGAIN I told him about the extended warranty I purchased there when I brought the car. Then he told me that he will submit it to the warranty company. If he would have done this when he knew the problem and cost it would have saved a lot of time.

Every single person was so nice, it was quite refreshing to see a dealership that had such a great staff.

I waited 3 weeks for parts, with no call. So I called parts and found parts were there. I had to call sevice to let them know. Then I had to wait all day for repair. From 9:00 am tell 5:00pm. Not good

Had an 845 appointment for oil change tire rotation and a diagnostic scan and it took almost 5hours. This is a ridiculous amount of time, all those services could be completed in under 1 hour. Maybe its time for a change in management so that effience goes up.

EVERYONE WAS FRIENDLY AND KIND.

They were very easy to describe the problem with and the whole repair went well.

Was ok with the sales individual, but felt the finance was unfair looking a local advertising, & that the warranty conveyed by sales team was misleading , when finance department explained different levels , should have explained cost not monthly payments. Took a car that was 26k & added 10k of warranty & almost 10k in financing .

I'm completely satisfied with the service the dealership provided. The work needed was performed in the promised time of two hours and I was on my way.

I had a great experience at Jerry Raymond Chevrolet in Winterville, OH. They quickly diagnosed my car with a torque converter shudder and got it fixed right the first time. From the service advisor (Andrew) to the mechanic (Austin) everyone was professional and helpful. I’m very satisfied with their work and am working with the sales department (Eddie) to buy a new vehicle. Highly recommend!

Had an appointment yet still waited two hours for oil change. Steering wheel was dirty when car exchanged.

Made appointment for 11am for an oil change and tire rotation, waited in customer lounge for over 2 hours.

I was surprised at how long I had to wait to check out after my diagnostic was not. I guess invoices aren't completed as jobs are done. I waited over an hour to pay and check out.

I worked with Cody Wells at Gerry Raymond and he was excellent. This is my second vehicle with this dealership. He was professional and courteous. He made the buying process pain free. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle.

I had an appointment at 10:30 for just an oil change. At 12:15 I walked outside and my truck was sitting outside finished. I sat back down and at 12:40 I asked when it would be done because it was sitting outside. The man told me he was looking for my paperwork. 12:50 I was finally finished and could leave. 2 1/2 hours for oil change with an appointment is ridiculous! 😡😡
